Wellness Coaching

The recommendations for living a healthy life are quite simple: eat healthy, engage in regular physical activity, get enough sleep and look after yourself. However, as we all know, it’s easier said than done simply because life gets in the way! Your career keeps you busy, you have a family to take care of, you’re stressed, you don’t have enough time and so on. On top of that, in order to cope with the demands of everyday life, we repeatedly sell ourselves a story (I will start on Monday etc, etc) thus we are unable to reach our goal of achieving and maintaining wellness and upkeeping a healthy lifestyle.

Wellness Coaching can close the gap between what people say they want and what they really want; a supportive guide can help you set health goals whether it is to manage stress, improve your energy levels, lose weight, make positive behavioral lifestyle changes and more. My role of course, is not for me to tell you what’s best for you instead is to provide a safe space for you to explore your own uniqueness and individuality. This includes the fostering of a positive mindset around health and wellbeing. I am providing you the tools and knowledge to empower and motivate yourself to become your own health expert. I will be a living, breathing support so that you may synchronize yourself with your body and be able to hear all that is telling you. Only you know what feels amazing to you.

Keep in mind that health and wellness coaches do not substitute nutritionists, dietitians, psychologists, or personal trainers. This holistic approach to health and well-being sets health and wellness coaches apart from other wellness experts and is part of what makes their work so valuable and effective.

I am here to provide a holistic perspective on health by supporting you to overcome resistance to change. I am focusing on empowering you by using a step by step structure of inspirational methods so you can take ownership of your health, feel more confident as you experience small successes, and ultimately achieve more significant changes than you can imagine!
